Shamanic Soul Journey Workshop

Have you been interested in shamanism? Is it something you aren't quite sure what it is, but for some reason it calls to you?

This workshop is designed as an introduction into the world of shamanism and serves as a guide into the basics of journeying, drumming, fire ceremony, and breathwork. We also dive into some of the history and lineages of shamanism and various tools and practices to help you begin building your personal practice.

In this workshop we will learn to tap into our intuition and higher awareness and learn basic core principals of shamanic journeying and fire ceremony. During our practice we will nurture our ability to tune into our inner guidance system and connect with our spirit guides through drumming, journaling, breathwork, and meditation.

We will close our time together by going to the fire in ceremony and offering our medicine bundles in gratitude and grace.
