Chakra Workshop Series

This is a 7-part workshop series to deepen your understanding of the chakra system and how to utilize it as an insightful and powerful tool. The chakra system is an ancient mapping system that has given much insight into the energetic blueprint of our lives. When understood and applied it can serve as a map or guidance system to cultivate a more harmonized way of life.

We will work through various exercises, journaling activities, yoga, meditation, breathwork and discussion to tune into the knowledge and wisdom each chakra contains and learn ways to apply what you have learned to your daily life. Taking a block of time for each chakra gives an opportunity to go more in depth and take our time in learning more about this ancient organic technology.
