New Year Wellness Workshop

Ease into the new year and get creative with your intentions and wellness practice. Start the morning with a guided breathwork meditation to clear the mind and yoga flow to align the body. As you settle into Shavasana you will be taken on a soothing sound journey to ground your energy and completely relax. The afternoon we will spend time enjoying some light snacks, journaling, sharing and creating a vision board to set our intentions for 2026!! Bringing what we say, think and do into harmony and creating a sense of wholeness and connection as we begin a new cycle in the new year.
