Registration Required $45/class
Gentle restorative practices using props and bolsters to offer total support throughout class. Using deep meditation (yoga nidra style), and breathwork for a full body reset. Combined with the natural health benefits the salt spa provides.
All props and mats provided, you will not need to bring anything
No water or electronics allowed in the salt spa.
