Shamanic Pranayama: Release and Remembrance

Celebrating and welcoming the Summer Solstice with ceremony, remembrance and release.

Holding those we love in our hearts long after they are gone. Remembering our loved one and what we have learned from them by sharing stories, memories and wisdom we have learned from their life and death. We will create an altar in their honor and a medicine bundle to offer to the fire after our Shamanic Pranayama journey to tend to the grief that often resides in the heart, honor their journey, and celebrate who they were in this Earthly life.

The Shamanic Breathwork Practice will lead you on a journey to enhance your awareness of your body and energy while fostering a higher state of awareness.
