Yoga Flow at Abbie Della Designs

Join us for a basic yoga flow class! Tune in, shake of the cold and get the body movin’.

In this class we will work through a series of yoga postures linked together by smooth, energetic movements that are coordinated with the breath. 

Using the power of the breath to support the body and mind as we nestle into each pose to gently unwind tension and stress so you can feel your best!
