Yoga Nidra Sound Meditation

Nestle in and get cozy for an evening of relaxation and sound healing. Pairing the powerful medicine of sound healing with the inward journey of Yoga Nidra to take you on a deep dive into your body and mind. Give your body a molecular massage and clear the mind of clutter to bring clarity and calmness into your awareness. We will have a toasty bonfire going to gather around after class for connections, socialization and tea. 

Bring all things to help you get cozy!

Suggested items:

-Blanket

-Pillow

-Eye Pillow

-Yoga mat or pad

-Anything else that helps you get comfortable

Dress to be outdoors :)

We will either be settled in around the fire or set up in the yurt
