Service Description

A foundational aspect to health and well-being is a regulated nervous system. When our nervous system is over (or under) stimulated, out of balance, or dysregulated it can disrupt every system in the mind and body. Using the medicine of harmonized sound therapy to begin re-attuning the energetic body and the power of guided breathwork to begin developing healthy neural pathways we can allow the operating frequencies of the brain to shift to a place of balance. This service is complemented with the healing abilities of Reiki to recalibrate the energy systems within and gently reducing stress, tension, and inner turmoil.
